This Privacy Policy describes how Periodontal Centers of Rochester handles information collected through our website at https://www.periodontalcenters.com and through our text message and email communications with patients.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
Opting out of text messages
You may opt out of text messaging at any time by replying STOP to any message, or by contacting us at paul.romano@cbrperio.com or tim.blieden@cbrperio.com. This will end the communications from that particular phone number. You may continue to receive service-related and other non-marketing text messages from other phone numbers managed by Periodontal Centers of Rochester, and you may opt out of those in a similar fashion.
Opting out of email
You may opt out of practice emails by following the unsubscribe instructions in any email we send, or by contacting us at paul.romano@cbrperio.com or tim.blieden@cbrperio.com. You may continue to receive emails relating to your care and your appointments.

Our website is not directed to children under the age of 13 and we do not knowingly collect information from them through the website. If you believe a child has provided information through our website, please contact us and we will delete it.
